Long venturi style nozzles yield about a 40% greater production rate than straight bore nozzles. The internally tapered design of the venturi nozzle accelerates and evenly distributes the abrasiveover the entire blast pattern. These nozzles are designed for use with a 1" I.D. blast hose for maximum cutting action on hard to clean surfaces.
For the most physically demanding operations and greatest resistance against breakage, we recommend the top of the line TLVE-Bruiser® series. This tungsten carbide nozzle features an all-brass outer body with a polyurethane inner cushion.
For physically demanding operations with less resistance against breakage than our top-of-the-line TLVE-Bruiser®, we recommend the TLVE-P (poly series). This tungsten carbide nozzle features brassthreads and a reinforced polyurethane upper body.
The TLVE-AP series is recommended where low price is most important. Built with polyurethane outer jacket and threads, it’s competitive in price with “economy” nozzles without sacrificing the quality of a long-life tungsten carbide liner.
The TLVE-50mm Contractor Series is our metric size long venturi tungsten carbide nozzle. This nozzle incorporates polyurethane jacket and 50mm 4-1/2 UNC aluminum threads, a reinforced polyurethane upper body and our tungsten carbide liner.
